Two of the tutorials dont work

I took one tutorial and it didn't work so then I try this one and a still doesn't work other than that is was ok and if anybody knows what the problem is it be nice for some help.

If I had to watch a animation on this website I would choose this one even if it wasnt an option thats how good it is.
